Wildlife Institute of India Recruitment 2024: The Wildlife Institute of India (WII) plans to engage 30 project personnel (Indian national only) in the project “PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT FOR AQUATIC SPECIES CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ECO-SYSTEM SERVICES IN THE GANGA RIVER BASIN FOR A CLEAN GANGA” on purely contractual basis, initially for a one-year period from the date of engagement that can be extended depending on the candidate’s performance and the project needs. Project Assistant
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Environmental Science/ Forestry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Chemistry/ Life Science/ Wildlife Science/ Biodiversity & Conservation/ Biotechnology/ Earth Sciences/ Remote Sensing & GIS/ Computer Science
Project Associate-I
Doctoral Degree in Wildlife Science/Visual Communication/ Graphic Design / Fine Arts.
Senior Project Associate (Veterinary)
Master’s degree in veterinary science with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks and ≥4 years of experience in subjects related to veterinary and wildlife science
Project Scientist-I
Doctoral Degree in Wildlife Science/ Zoology/ Botany/ Environmental Science/ Biodiversity & Conservation Science/ Visual Communication Graphic Design/ Fine Arts
Project Associate-I (Graphic Designer)
Master’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks in Graphic Design/ Mass Media/ Humanities/ Commerce/ Science.
Application Fee
An Application Fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for applicant(s) belonging to the General Category shall have to be deposited through an online mode.
However, category candidate(s) belongs to SC/ST/OBC/EWS (Non-General Category) and Physically Challenged (PC) are exempted from the said Application Fee but shall have to pay Rs.100/- as ‘Application Processing’ Fee.
