• Post Name: Sales Manager
  • Qualification: Graduation or 2 years diploma with 12th pass.
  • Work Mode: Work From Home
  • CTC Range: 4 LPA (Excluding Additional Variable Compensation)
  • Additional Variable Compensation: On average our Sales Manager earns 20K-25K per month as incentives.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager, > 1 year of experience in Sales or a Fresher keen to learn & implement the learning in a sales-driven environment & contribute to the revenue growth.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, ability and willingness to deliver in a performance-driven environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills. Ability to counsel a parent for the child’s future.
